Janome Large Button Hole & Large Stabilizer Plate

This foot helps to combat and uneven layers of different fabrics with ease. In fashion, sometimes bigger is better, and buttons are no exception. Extra large buttons are an ongoing trend in clothing, but the standard buttonhole buttons cannot stand slightly larger. The new large buttonhole foot stabilizer plate can create buttonholes for buttons that are 1"-2" (25-50mm) in diameter. Can be used with any Janome manufactured machine that creates automatic buttonholes. Feeding various types of fabric layers and uneven sewing buttonholes can be difficult when sewing. That's why Janome created the Eyelet Stabilizer Plate. This plate works in conjunction with R buttonhole foot to feed irregular layers smoothly-ensuring precise and even buttonholes, even on jeans, wool, fleece, or stretch fabrics. Fabric sits between the support plate (with attached foot for grommets) on top and the metal plate below to support fabric while eating. The backing plate also includes markings to align the edge of the fabric for neat and tidy buttonhole placement.
