Märklin decoder m83. Receiver for switching switches, signals and decoupling tracks. The m83 supports the digital formats Motorola, DCC and MFX. You can set the digital address via coding switch or via the programming track in 4 steps. The address range is available in Motorola format up to address 320 and in DCC format up to address 2040. The m83 has 8 outputs, each can be controlled separately or in pairs. The default setting is the switching of up to 4 switches. Other functions include switching up to 8 lights (dimmable) with a defined switch-on behaviour (e.g. street lighting, house lighting). It is possible to realise an external feed, e.g. over 66360, only in combination with 60822. The decoders m83 and m84 can be arranged as desired. For motor drives, a 60821 equipment set is required per output pair. Connection is done by means of elevator clamps. Maximum current load is 3A.
